The suite, perched above the restaurant, offered serene bay views and a tranquil ambiance. The slightly dated decor exuded a nostalgic charm, while the spacious kitchen beckoned my inner chef with a plethora of utensils.One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, I ventured downstairs to the restaurant. The menu, a symphony of Canadian flavors, showcased a fine selection of red and white wines - a true indulgence for a discerning palate like mine. The attentive staff guided me through the gastronomic journey, where malt scotches whispered tales of the Highlands.Every morning, the hotel's breakfast spread rivaled that of finer establishments, a delightful surprise that befitted even my most discerning taste buds.
